Women's Hormone Replacement (Non-Pellet) in Kingman, AZ
Cohler Care offers Women's Hormone Replacement (Non-Pellet) in Kingman, Arizona, for women in perimenopause and menopause. Women's hormone replacement starts at $99/mo, after a $50 consult. That's a monitoring fee: Robert monitors your therapy, keeps a valid prescription current, and follows up with you every 3 months, or more often as needed while fine-tuning your medication and dose. Your medication, such as pills or creams, is picked up at your pharmacy and paid for by you, or by your insurance, FSA, or HSA if your plan covers it (check your plan's policies). Prefer pellets? Hormone pellets are a separate service, from $350 for women. Your provider builds a plan around your symptoms, health history, and labs. Call (928) 440-6880.

- Consult: meet with Robert and fill out a questionnaire at the visit.

How often are follow-up visits?
Medical weight loss patients come in monthly to pick up a 4-week supply of medication. Medications are prescribed one month at a time, and adjustments are made based on your unique needs. Talking with Robert about anything else costs nothing more. TRT patients can connect with Robert once a month as needed, and have labs and an in-person visit every 6 months for monitoring and prescribing regulations (no visit fee; labs are the only extra cost). Women's hormone replacement (non-pellet) patients follow up every 3 months, or more often as needed while fine-tuning medication and dose. Pellet patients have pellets placed every 3–4 months, and calls or visits with Robert in between are at no charge.
