This policy explains how Cohler Care ("we," "us") handles information collected through this website, cohlercare.org. Your health information is handled under our Notice of Privacy Practices, not through this website.

Information we collect

• Analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and doesn't track you across sites or collect personal data.
• Security: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as IP address to protect the site from abuse.

What we don't do

• We don't use advertising pixels (such as Meta or TikTok), remarketing tags, or session-recording tools.
• We don't sell or rent your personal information.

How we use information

This website has no contact form. If you email us, we use your message only to respond to you.

Third parties

• Cloudflare: website hosting, security, and cookieless analytics
• Google (Gmail): our email provider. Emails you send us are delivered to and kept in our Gmail inbox, and Google's privacy policy applies to how Google handles that data. Our clinic email is not a secure channel for health information, so please don't send health information by email. To talk with us about anything medical by message or chat, use the OnPatient app (from DrChrono), or call (928) 440-6880. We send patients an OnPatient invite once they're in our system; new patients, or anyone without an invite, please call (928) 440-6880.
