8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday. Closed Saturday and Sunday. Hours can vary by appointment; please call to confirm.

Same-day sick visits: walk-ins welcome during clinic hours.
DOT physicals: by scheduled appointment only.

We don't bill insurance. We accept debit cards, credit cards, and HSA cards.
