Physicals for your staff

• DOT physicals for CDL drivers, by scheduled appointment, performed by Robert Cole, FNP-BC, a certified medical examiner on the FMCSA National Registry (No. 6611986627). Robert sends results to FMCSA as soon as the physical is done; the clinic keeps a copy, and the driver leaves with the original to give to you.
• Pre-employment and other physicals. Bring your company's required forms.

Can employees walk in for a DOT physical?

No. DOT physicals are by scheduled appointment only. Same-day sick visits do accept walk-ins.
